I think everything in the scripts directory is obsolete except this particular file since migrations have been moved in the flyway path (src/main/resources/db/migration). Can we delete everything? Those files way confuse newcomers (and they will still be available in the git history, not lost).

Sorry @numero-six for late reply.

Flyway is currently only active for development environment migration, and not for production. So shouldn't we keep those SQL scripts until we extend Flyway application to production environment?

OK, let's keep those for now. I will merge this PR as soon as the master build is fixed.
