Before `getAllocated` was returning just the count of servers, use filter to count the amount of the servers `inUse`. Also fix wording on the Kubernetes Upgrades page, when the list is empty. Signed-off-by: Artem Chernyshev <artem.chernyshev@talos-systems.com>
