Note that all the PDF's document will be share (with only read right) from the website overleaf. This site let us modify the latex code simultaneously. It also allows us to view in 'live' the current modifications we do. So we choose this web site to write our pdf documents.

This technical specification describe from what knowledges we start, not mentionnings the tools we will use, because we already don't really know. So it describe briefly a method to make a data visualization, and what is deep-learning. Then, it describes the goals of our projects. They are various, and a little numerous, so we will take them one by one, and find what parts of all these goals we can do.
