Change the name to 'Stack Overflow Optional Features', with the acronym SOOF

Now that Stack Exchange has changed its name back to Stack Overflow I think this should be renamed to reflect that. Perhaps Stack Overflow Optional Features aka SOOF.

Just a thought.

@enki-code to update you... I really like the idea, and it is definitely much better than it is now.

So I'm going to go ahead and use it :D.
I'll probably do it when I push 1.7dev to master :) (in the next week or so)
