2. If you want to start the RPC with FL Studio, run ShortcutHelper.exe
3. Open settings.xml, and customize if you want

No need to download .NET Core anymore, it's native code now.

Added a shortcut maker to launch the rpc and fl studio simulatiously.

Just unzip and run ShortcutHelper.exe to create shortcuts. No install needed.

Step 0: Download the .NET Core SDK from here
Step 1: Download the zip and extract
Step 2: Open a terminal in the folder and type dotnet rpc.dll
