These tweaks came from flutter/packages#4536 - The TwoDimensionalChildBuilderDelegate asserts that maxXIndex and maxYIndex are null or >= 0 - The TwoDimensionalChildDelegate setter in RenderTwoDimensionalViewport has a covariant to allow type safety for subclasses of RenderTwoDimensionalViewport implementing with other subclasses of TwoDimensionalChildDelegate I'd like to cherry pick this so flutter/packages#4536 will not have to wait for it to reach stable.

context: https://chat.google.com/room/AAAAc_4rqiI/pl4B0W45bLA redo engine->framework. for 3.13.0, the tot engine commit does not align with engine version in framework. this causes packaging script to crash.

flutter#132235) Original PR: flutter#130506 Note: I added a commit to fix a name discrepancy. [A commit on master](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/130156/files#diff-157aa748cf5e84d2d03141150ddf4136e24635f1a1d50fc52e1da2354a70ac83L1043), that was added prior to the CP PR, renamed a variable from `_xcBundleFilePath` -> `_xcBundleDirectoryPath`. The CP PR uses the new name since it came after the first commit, so I added a commit to this PR to use the old variable name.

This CP lands PR flutter#129856 into `stable`. The PR above was part of a engine+framework change that got split in half during the stable cut, so now users are seeing some warnings that they can't act on. (Those warnings were only intended for people who were using our methods manually, rather than using normal flutter tooling). ## Issues Fixes flutter#133069

) This allows relanding flutter/engine#51056. The patch introduced a change where a static member is initialized from `View.generateViewId()` instead of conditionally using that API. Without an implementation for that in android.jar, the test will fail. The test in here currently is using a fake implementation that creates errors seen below. See https://logs.chromium.org/logs/flutter/buildbucket/cr-buildbucket/8754827734484522225/+/u/run_plugin_test/stdout#L46564_2 for failure. More detailed failure information is available locally in the `build` folder: ``` Mockito cannot mock this class: class io.flutter.embedding.android.FlutterActivity.
