A mode that displays information useful for using your computer in video games

In this mode, it is very convenient to display the following data on one screen without having to scroll and so on:

• video card usage and video card temperature
• video card RAM usage
• usage of each core separately
• total processor usage and processor temperature
• amount of computer RAM used and RAM temperature
• average, maximum and minimum frames per second.
• maybe something else, I will write if I have an idea.
  The Dashboard mode does not display the load of each individual core, which makes it impossible to estimate how many threads the program uses. It also contains a lot of unnecessary information for a particular game.
  I suggest adding a new screen, something called Speedometer or Game Performance Evaluation Mode. It is clear that not all of the above parameters can be displayed, but if at least the use of the video card and each of the processor cores can be displayed side by side, it will be very convenient.

Scope split

• I'll track per‑core ("core split") CPU utilization in a separate issue to keep this thread focused. I'll open it and link back here.

This issue: try it with the current Dashboard (a "Gaming preset")

• Instead of a brand‑new screen, I'd like to add a Gaming preset (focus mode) that hides non‑gaming widgets and fits on one 1080p screen without scrolling.

Proposed minimal metrics

• GPU: usage, temperature
• VRAM: usage (becomes available once [data exports] LibreHardwareMonitor #623 lands)
• CPU (total): usage (per‑core is tracked in the separate issue)
• RAM: usage
• FPS: avg / max / min (optional for v1; data source isn’t ready yet)

Extra idea: Process‑focused mini panel

• Option to pin a specific process (name/PID) and show that process’s CPU% and memory usage in a small tile.
• Note: Per‑process GPU metrics are technically tricky/unreliable right now.

Questions

1. Does this minimal metric set work for you?
2. Is 1080p with no scroll OK ?
3. OK to ship v1 without FPS and add it once we settle on a reliable source?
4. Would the process mini panel (CPU% & memory for a pinned process) be useful?

If this direction sounds good, I'll proceed with the Gaming preset here, and handle per‑core in the separate issue.

Let's get started. But then you will need to add even more metrics.

Is 1080p with no scroll OK ?

The screen format matters. Now there are two popular aspect ratios: 21 to 9 and 16 to 9. As for the screen resolution, 1920x1080, 2560x1440, 3840x2160, 2560x1080, 3440x1440, 5120x2160. And, sometimes screens with a ratio of 32 to 9 are used, but this is very rare, and especially not as a second monitor.
