Removes Compass + Ruby dependencies by replacing
gulp-compasswithgulp-autoprefixerandgulp-sass. Nothing really neededcompass, so remove the extra, fairly bloated dependency making it harder to comtribute if Ruby + Compass are not installed.Depends on shipshapecode/tether#82
