[BUG] AI doesn't work on one pc, but works on another

What happened?

I installed language model and followed instructions (downloaded model from link and put it into streaming assets), even read them several times, but ai chat gets stuck on loading.

I zip it in archive as it is, then installed it on laptop on disc C and everything worked out without a problem. Chat worked without any issues.
So I went back to my pc and decided to install archived version that worked on laptop on my computer disc C instead of keeping in on disc D like before and it still doesn't work.

Sorry if I'm stupid and just did something wrong, but could you please help? (1.8.9 github version)

Steps to Reproduce

Download MateEngine with streaming assets
put in streaming assets given language model
look inside: Endless loading

I have the exact same problem, I try to load the AI chat and nothing happens.
