PHP_LOG_LIMIT configuration is invalid?

I use php-envvars in the container and can see that the value of PHP_LOG_LIMIT is 8192. Why is there such an error log? Do I need to adjust other parameters?

Based on the second image you provided, I’m not sure if it’s a PHP (or PHP-FPM) error log unless you provide more information about the Docker image you're using and whether you have modified any config or setting files.

Update:
After searching a bit, I believe it might be a bug that has existed in PHP and was recently identified. I'm not sure if the official PHP Docker images include the fix for this issue, but please have a look as it might help resolve the issue you're facing.

I have this error with both php:7.3-fpm-apache and php:8.1-fpm-apache.

I think the issue might not yet be fixed in the official Docker images. Please follow the issue in php/php-src#12302, as mentioned earlier, for updates on the patch.

You may want to try modifying the access.format variable of PHP-FPM (or changing the PHP_ACCESS_FORMAT environment variable) to ensure any access log does not exceed 1024 bytes.

Since the problem doesn't originate from my Docker images, I will close this issue. If you encounter other issues related to my Docker images, feel free to create a new issue.
