Fix the test suite

Currently, the integration tests are failing with authentication errors to shift-platform-dev – I presume the auth token has either expired or the account has been wiped. This needs addressing.

I've created a new access key / role with full permissions as the whole list had been wiped.

Looks like the test suite still errors if there is no owner user in the account
