Exposing the IConsoleDriver to allow custom input scenarios & easier testing

  • Created IConsoleDriverFactory to allow custom binding of an IConsoleDriver to a FormsEditor
  • Added a couple tests for Prompt.Input<> to show how this interface can be used for testing

Resolves #115
