Fix broken links in readme_tw.md

We reviewed chenpoyo0219's translated documentation for DataType (readme_tw.md) and noticed that several links were inactive. We worked together to correct these issues, but since his original pull request was blocked, I reopened a new pull request to ensure the fix can be properly reviewed and merged.
