Added PayPal.me support to data.json (per #2434).
Verified functionality locally with dummy usernames and confirmed correct 404 handling.
JSON validated with python3 -m json.tool.
Thanks for maintaining this project — please let me know if any adjustments are needed!

Adjusted the entry to paypalme (paypal.com/paypalme/{}).
It redirects correctly but uses JavaScript-rendered pages, so Sherlock always gets a 200 and static detection isn’t possible yet.
It tests clean locally, though I’m still seeing 0 results at runtime.

@eslteacher902010 Paypal still seems to be failing the tests. Could you please have a look at it again?
