Reporting Errors

If Gmail Notifier Plus (GNP) throws an error, or crashes, a log file will be created for the incident. **When reporting an issue, always attach any log files from the day that the error occurred. **

Log files are located under:

[root drive]:\Users[current user]\AppData\Roaming\Gmail Notifier Plus\Error Logs

For example, the error log path on my machine might look like:

C:\Users\Andrew\AppData\Roaming\Gmail Notifier Plus\Error Logs

If there is more than one log, please zip them up before attaching them to an issue.
