- remove unnecessary mocks and duplicated tests - simplify test setup - improve naming
- add missing mocks to the new tag's API route

This pull request cleans up tests related to the new tags' refactor and fixes warnings and errors caused by missing mocks to the new API routes. It also removes unnecessary
console.errorcalls in the Tags store.
