docs: Write instructions for deploying ssh-chat

People are confused about how to run ssh-chat without keeping the shell open. Need some docs on how to "deploy" on your own VPS or RasberryPi.

• Super-basic example using screen/tmux
• Intermediate example using an init script on Ubunbu
• (Optional/someday) Maybe something more advanced using docker/k8?

(cc @sleibrock got an urge to write more docs? :D)

Well, what i did was using tmux for keeping the ssh-chat running
My problem is that i dont get how to modify settings like whitelist and admin

yes of course! thats where i got the idea from, but my question was how i can type in this command (simply said)

@tionis That's just how linux/bash works. In order to be able to run a binary from anywhere, it needs to be in your $PATH, such as /usr/bin/. If you want to run a binary that does not live inside a directory that is in your $PATH, then you need to specify the path to the binary.

Let's say you put ssh-chat in /root/downloads/, then you can run it as

$ /root/downloads/ssh-chat --help

Or

/ $  cd /root/downloads
/root/downloads $  ./ssh-chat --help

Note the ./ in front, because it still needs to be a path.

FYI for running things in the background on linux, you can use the bash builtin disown to disown a process such that it continues after the terminal / pty / calling shell terminates.
