Hey! I'm Shashank Katiyar

I am a Computational Biologist at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, researching pediatric cancers using spatial transcriptomics and machine learning. Previous to this, I completed my Master's in Computational Biology at Carnegie Mellon University in December 2024 and my undergrad in 2023 at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. I am excited by the possibilities of applying computational techniques to biological data and am always up for a discussion on the same. Do ping me for any discussions related to Bioinformatics, Cancer Genome analysis, or any related field. I am also passionate about Sports and Books, and am a relatively newbie flutist as of now.
