Implement of teletext feature

Hi, do you know this way of transmitting information via broadcast? It is called "Teletext", it consists in receiving text via video, I think that the display of the portapack is capable of doing such a thing and that it could be a very interesting function to receive all kinds of information with this system, what do you think ??
