ChromeCast receiver demo, idle card shown during replay

Reproducible on v2.0.0 demo, not tested on master (requires a new receiver push).

To reproduce:

• start casting, receiver is in idle mode
• load Angel One, receiver plays video
• wait for the clip to end
• a few seconds later, the receiver goes into idle mode, even though the sender is still connected
• click play in the sender
• video plays behind the idle card, audio is audible, video is hidden
