Support Ad insertion for live sources (multicast)

I've found in the docs some examples to do content preconditioning for Ad Insertion. However, all the examples are with video files as inputs. Is there any suggestion to deal with content preconditioning for live sources that typically are multicast streams?

@gdavila Ad insertion for live sources are not supported right now. Will keep this issue as a feature request.
