Turns out that testing in
fullOptJSmode with Scala.js Bundler actually does nothing, and just tests with thefastOptJSresults instead! This drops Scala.js Bundler for the test project (replace with WebJars) and gets all the unit tests to actually pass infullOptJSmode.Fixes #231
