fix: remove helpsgf DNS records for retired IP

Remove the A records pointing to 104.214.115.18 for helpsgf.com, www.helpsgf.com, and app.helpsgf.com, plus the four AAAA records for the apex and www. Keep email and Google site verification records unchanged.
