Show professor rating as a tooltip on mySchedule

Description:
As a product owner, I would like to see highlighted text on instructor names and hovering tooltips to show RMP ratings in mySchedule.

pages to show the highlighted texts and tooltips:

Should refresh the rendering when an item is added or removed from the schedule.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Manually check if highlighted texts and tooltips are displayed on each page listed above. Check if it shows the correct tooltips when there's a change on the schedule.
2. Write a test scenario for the page above. Implement tests across all the relevant modules and mocks.
3. Write test scenarios when an item is added or removed from the schedule. The extension should refresh the rendering when it's made.
