2023 Transit Validation - Screenline - AC + BART totals are wrong

On the 2023 Transit Validation - Screenline tab, the tables below look wrong:

• Transbay Screenline BART & AC Transit - Inbound by Time of Day
• Transbay Screenline BART & AC Transit - Outbound by Time of Day

The inbound observed total is 118k, but the BART-only screenline total is 42k, and the AC-only screenline total is 4k, summing to only 46k.

Similarly, the SF/SM county line totals across operators is higher than the combined sums of the individual operators
