AES test vectors fail

Somehow rust-openssl makes two output blocks from one 16 byte input block which seems to create issues. Demoed by NIST test vectors in this gist

I don't think this is a bug, the second block is padding.

To disable this you have to use crypto::symm::Crypter directly and call Crypter::pad(false).
