Claude Code always asks if it can edit dirty-files even though it's set to allow in .claude/settings.json

Great plugin, thanks for creating it. One annoyance is every time it tries to write to .claude/auto-memory/dirty-files Claude Code will ask me for permission even though my .claude/settings.json has:

Is this an issue with the plugin or with Claude Code? Is there some workaround you use?

Yeah this has been an annoyance, I'll find some time to address this.
