This PR:

  1. Changes the flow of the app disguise: removing the explicit option to turn on/off
  2. Changes how the column number is calculated: now we must always fill the column.
  3. Removes news icon
  4. Update the action bar style to use flat style on light themes

@SessionHero01 We should make sure the default Session logo is the first one in the list, in the top left of the icons.

It is the first one in the runtime. Just not in the preview..I guess I should update the preview too

We also need to be mindful to keep the related updates in the 1.23.1 release branch as well @SessionHero01
