This PR moves the libsession-util module into a remote maven repository.
A decision had been made to not use the
AccountIdclass in the new libsession-util module. As a consequence there are a lot of tiny changes.Also a few utilities style code have been removed from the bridging repository so now it lives in
libsessionmodule instead.
