  • fixed license: now it shows boost license instead of package source code license - users are interested in library license, instead of package source code license.
  • updated NuGet
  • updated versioning: it requires that last digit is > 0 - and it's the package version.
  • made boost.bat more generic
  • refactoring and cleanup some code
