Useful feature to pay a Bitcoin invoice with Monero!

With this feature in a generalized way, I could pay with any crypto supported by SeraiDEX!

Hm. On first glance, I thought this should be trivial to implement. In theory, it's just a swap where only the minimum out amount is taken.

The issue is that with the actual send, the fees are deducted. That requires:

• The amount taken out of the pool be as much as possible
• The burn be emitted not with one address but two (an intended address and a fallback address on the received coin side)

That's slightly more annoying but still quite feasible.
