Converting saildrone data to IMMA1 for ICOADS
Use Saildrone_to_IMMA1 for converting data collected by saildrones into IMMA1 format, instructions within that notebook on how to do so, check expected units (in that notebook) to saildrone data
If data is a .tar.gz file, you will need to use .tar_file_data, but please read instructions and notes on Saildrone_to_IMMA1 before doing so.
