This PR implements an import/export OPML file feature as requested in Issue 410.

  • An "import" button that opens a file dialog for the selection of an opml file has been added to the gui. The selected opml file is opened and parsed. The podcast urls listed in the opml file are added to podcast feeds.
  • An "export" button that opens a file dialog for saving an opml file of the current podcasts has been added to the gui.
