iPAD Orientation Change Top Bar Layout Problem

Hello, 
When viewer is looking at PDF on vertical orientation, with UI hidden, and flips to horizontal, and then taps, UI appears, but UI stays at the vertical width. Tap again and re-adjusts to horizontal just fine. But then you flip to vertical and top UI bar stays horizontal, and buttons are off screen. Will you fix?
