We have the basic site setup, but it only contains the home page and about page skeletons. This patch encompasses the following threads of work: - Renames "wants" related configuration to "devs". - Adds dev component. - Updates site to add devs section to the navigation section. - Adds CSS and HTML for proposed dev profile. - Adds myself to contributors list. 😀
