index.d.ts function signatures are incorrect

1. Make a typescript project that uses selectize
2. Write e.g. selectize.clearOptions(true) anywhere

Expected result:

Actual result:

Cause:

The signature specified in index.d.ts does not match the actual function signature. This seems to be true for a number of functions.
