What is the purpose of the change?
This PR updates the Sei Wallet Providers Guide to include Coinbase Embedded Wallets as a first-class wallet option. The goal is to help developers understand that Embedded Wallets offer seedless account creation, passkey-based authentication, and native support for EVM derivation paths, making them ideal for Sei applications.
