What is the purpose of the change?

These updates aim to improve the evm section devex by clearly reorganizing and enhancing the Sei EVM RPC Reference Guide.

  • Clarify JSON-RPC endpoint documentation for improved readability
  • Introduce structured categorization of endpoints
  • Expand documentation on Sei-specific endpoints and synthetic transactions

Describe the changes to the documentation

  • Improves categorization of RPC endpoints (Transactions, Accounts, Blocks, Filters, Simulation, Debugging).
  • Use of expandable sections for detailed endpoint specifications and examples.
  • Improves descriptions and clear formatting of standard Ethereum JSON-RPC endpoints.
  • Introduce docs and examples for Sei-specific endpoints, particularly synthetic transactions and cross-VM functionalities.
  • Explicit error-handling section with Sei-specific JSON-RPC error codes.
  • Added practical examples demonstrating real-world use cases.
  • Included performance considerations and best practices for RPC interactions.
