why are we deleting this?
- Moved full network information table to its own page - Fixed table html formatting issue (hydration error) - Hid part of wallet connection before connected - Fix office hours timing

What is the purpose of the change?
Remove the multitude of UI libraries, update versions to improve development speed, refactor the homepage
