In the ‘setup section’, step 3, it states, "Once created, the audience should be available in Facebook in ten minutes unless it's unusually large," which is not accurate. However, in the "How it Works" section, it mentions, "Real-time audience syncs to Facebook Custom Audiences may take six or more hours for the initial sync to complete. Upon completion, a sync frequency of two to three hours is expected," which is the correct information.
This contradiction is really confusing for customers, especially for premium customers, as they were expecting the audience to appear on Facebook within 10 minutes.

Proposed changes
I recommend remove the Once created, the audience should be available in Facebook in ten minutes unless it's unusually large sentence from the document for further misunderstanding.
