Add all data/output files to repo

Currently, there seems to be no actual data files ("resources") in this repo. There is a folder called data-raw but it is empty. I think it would be helpful for new users to see the complete folder structure in this repo, including all the data outputs mentioned in the sprout docs: https://sprout.seedcase-project.org/docs/design/interface/outputs

I noticed that the beetle example project already does this so I will refer to that as the most up to date example instead https://github.com/seedcase-project/example-seed-beetle/tree/main/resources
