Objects are failing to rez on login

Log in, many of not most of the objects on my mainland estate fail to rez, requiring me to continually clear cache and relog to have an acceptable virtual experience

Appears first reports started in DeltaFPS. Anecdotally reports increasing since 2025.03 and after FS integrated our 2025.03 into their Beta.

May be we should bump general cache version?
2025.03 does change mesh cache a bit. Individual files in 2025.03 are protected by added version flag, so on an upgrade to 2025.03 things should work as expected, but older viewer can't recognize that and if user launches older viewers after 2025.03, there might be a weird overlap somewhere.

I was able to reproduce missing objects 3 times out of about 15 logins.

Here's the settings I used when it reproduced (copied from Wendy's Environment):
Quality = High+
Draw Distance = 192m
LOD = 4.0 (World > Improve Graphics Speed > Graphics Settings > Distance Detail)
Max Bandwidth = 10000
Advanced > Cache = 9984

Here's the steps:

• Start the viewer and put Freyo/52/16/59 into the login location. (You'll need to log into the location each time because logging into "Last Location" will move the avatar up ~1m each session)
• Log in and you should be facing North.
• Hit the shortcut for Midday (ctrl+shift+y)
• Take a snapshot after things have loaded.
• Repeat.

Observed:
This is how the scene is expected to look.

When the bug reproduced, some of the large terraces were missing.

Alt-zooming my camera in and out loaded most of the objects, but not this ones near the house.

After relogging, all the terraces looked correct again. I did not need to clear the cache.

This reproduced on a Win11/GeForce RTX 4080 machine:

This issue did not reproduce on my Win11/AMD Radeon RX 6800M machine.

This seems like a really important thing to get to the bottom of. Let me know what we find that caused it!
