Reproduction steps

1. Login to the viewer Second Life Release 7.1.12.13313961408.
2. Open your inventory.
3. Choose any environment (from your settings or library).
4. Click the right button of the mouse and choose "Apply to the parcel" or " Apply only to myself".
5. Click the Minimize button to fold inventory.

Actual result:
The inventory floater is not folded.

Expected result:
The inventory floater should be folded after clicking the Minimize button.

Note:
This issue is reproduced on Win and Mac.
This is not reproduced on the production build 7.1.11.12363455226.

This also reproduces after adding an attachment (or sometimes checking properties of an item).
So far, a relog seems to be the only way to reset this behaviour.
Note: The Inventory floater can still be closed

Passed QA.
Verified on the Second Life Release 7.1.12.13509103967 (64bit) on Win11/OSX in the scope of IQA #451.
Tested on applying Settings via right mouse button - "Apply to the parcel", " Apply only to myself". Also tested adding items as attachments from inventory and changing item properties.
