Verified on the Second Life Release 7.1.12.12935708795 (64bit) on Win10/OSX in the scope of IQA#433.

This issue is still reproduced.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download and install the Second Life Release 7.1.12.12935708795 (64bit) build.
2. Navigate to "C:\Program Files\SecondLifeViewer\skins\default\xui\en".
3. Edit/remove/delete the "teleport_strings.xml" file.
4. Start the viewer.
5. Ensure that a warning to reinstall message is shown (see "Message_Win10" and "Message_OSX" screenshots).
6. Observe a crash.

This issue is still reproduced.

At the moment a crash is expected. Viewer can not feasibly work without that file, so it needs to warn user to reinstall and report issue to something. At the moment that 'something' is bugsplat via a crash report, once viewer will have new statistics endpoint it might change.

Pass condition: user sees a 'please reinstall' message.
