Remove Havok and Vivox logos from the viewer

Vacant space may be use for other communications

Verify havok and vivox logos are removed from the viewer.

Both Havok and Vivox are still in current use in our viewer. Do we have a license agreement with either of them requiring their logo?

The inclusion of Vivox Logo might be required by Master Service Agreement (MSA).

Originaly icons were added because Fmod specifically required showing a logo during loading process or startup. Viewer no longer uses FMOD. But I think it came to light that the same was required by vivox so instead of having just an fmod icon in window's corner we add vivox and havok under the bar.
