The favorite item disappears from the "Favorites" tab after adding and then removing its parent folder from the "Favorites" tab

Reproduction steps:

1. Download and install the Second Life Release 7.1.12.12258017789 build.
2. Log in.
3. Open Inventory.
4. Expand any folder that contains items.
5. Right-click any item and choose "Add to Favorites".
6. Ensure that the item appears in the "Favorites" tab.
7. Return to the "My Inventory" tab, right-click the item's parent folder, and choose "Add to Favorites".
8. Ensure that the folder appears in the "Favorites" tab and contains the previously favorites marked item.
9. Return to the "My Inventory" tab, right-click the item's parent folder, and choose "Remove from Favorites".
10. Observe the "Favorites" tab.

Actual result:
The favorite item disappears from the "Favorites" tab after adding and then removing its parent folder from the "Favorites" tab.

Expected result:
The favorite item should be present in the "Favorites" tab after adding and then removing its parent folder from the "Favorites" tab.

Note:
This issue is reproduced on Win10/OSX.

This issue was found during ad-hoc testing of secondlife/viewer/issues/1301.

The "Favorites" tab feature is not implemented on the current production build Second Life Release 7.1.11.12363455226.
