Description
This issue is being reproduced but reportedly only on M2 macs: #1852
Reproduction steps 1. (I've not been able to repro this on an M1. -Dan)
- Visit this location: Panfield
- Change the reflection coverage settings from "Manual" to "Full Scene".
- Wait 10-20 minutes.
- Zoom in and out on a house or avatar, dragging the camera to force the environment to re-render or reload.
Reproduction steps 2.
- On a MacBook Air with M1 chip.
- Set Preferences > Graphics > Quality & speed slider to Low+, then open Advanced Settings and change Reflection Coverage to Full scene.
- Visit http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Ambrosia/43/143/35
- Set World menu > Environment > Sunrise
Observed: Parts of the nearby lighthouse, trees, and waves will turn gray or black.
Expected: Normal colors.
Note: This may be a clue - If you create a new Day Cycle and open it, this bug will repro at the keyframes but not between the keyframes.
