The pathfinding view/test tools fail to render any shapes - blackness is shown. This is a regression in the 7.0.1.6894459864 release PBR viewer - the views render correctly in 6.6.16.6566955269 .
Repro:

Visit a region near ground level

Select Build -> Pathfinding -> View/Test in the menu

In the 'Pathfinding View/Test' panel,
- Disable 'world' (regular world rendering)
- Enable Walkables
- Enable Navmesh

Note the rendered view
Expected results:
At the very least, the above-water terrain should render white (for the Navmesh) and the terrain itself should appear green (as a walkable). If there are other objects in the region set to walkable, their physics shapes should render.Actual results:
A world of black is seen:
