Support VPN-based connection eliminating relay-storage of videos #81

As a backup option, we should support a WireGuard based path for users not wanting to store encrypted videos on a relay. The app would connect to this VPN every time it wishes to download videos, and the camera would act in the server's current role. This would need to be established during the initial pairing process. The downside of this is not having a backup if the camera were to be stolen and the user did not connect to the VPN in time (unless we were to maintain a persistent connection somehow).
