In general we request that submissions go through the mailing list and include a sign-off, see the SUBMITTING_PATCHES document for more information. I can make an exception to the mailing list requirement, but I do need a sign-off from you as described in the SUBMITTING_PATCHES document (similar to the Linux Kernel).
